A public hearing was conducted on June 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 15, 2023, and duly published May 17,
2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of
Devon Weinstein, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR23-0010, for a Kennel and Training Facility (dog training and boarding facility for up to
60 dogs) in a subdivision or historic townsite (Carmacar Ranchettes) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. Karin McDougal, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
El Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented an email request from the
applicant, to withdraw the application.
El Commissioner Ross moved to accept the request of Devon Weinstein to withdraw the
application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR23-0010, for a Kennel and Training Facility (dog training and boarding facility for up to
60 dogs) in a subdivision or historic townsite (Carmacar Ranchettes) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James, and it carried unanimously. There
being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
