HomeMy WebLinkAbout740533 RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0709-18-4-RE141 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, SECTION 18 ALL THAT PORTION EXCEPT ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW4SW4) : WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Co] orado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0709-18-4-RE141 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
