DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 65 WEST, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, SECTION 18
ALL THAT PORTION EXCEPT ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW4SW4) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972 , the General Assembly of the State
of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld
County, Co] orado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number
0709-18-4-RE141 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations
(exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the
definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows :
All that portion of Section 18 , Township 7 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P.M. , lying South and East of the
Larimer and Weld Irrigation Company' s ditch as now
constructed, excepting therefrom all that part of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWgSW4) of
Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P.M. , as described in deed recorded in Book 1543, Page
407 Weld County Records, Weld County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows :

of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he
is hereby authorized to sign the plate of a division of land determined
to be exempt from the definition of Subdivision No. 0709-18-4-RE141,
for recording.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
