I am sending this letter to you because I am in
the process of applying for a
Use By Special Review (USR) from Weld, County. The permit is for our cat rescue
and will allow us to continue operating have as we been for the past 8 years. We will
continue our spay or neuter -and vaccinating Aristocrat's feral and barn cat
population. These cats will overnight here in traps and be returned home after clinic.
The permit will also allow for my personal
pet cats and barn/feral cats that currer�tl
call this property home. We do not intend y
d to make this property home to additional
cats. If our rescue being here hasn't been a r
p oblem for you, nothing will change with this
g permit.
My intent is to keep the property clean, and have a positive impact by continuing to help
Aristocrat's residents with their feral cats. We have spayed, neutered and vaccinated and returned
over 500 cats in Aristocrat. We have also rescued ov
er er 300 kittens. Both over an 8 year period.
We would like to continue our work. This
permit will allow that.
You will be receiving a notice from Weld County for a cat kennel permit.
