TO COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby accept certain
portions of streets lying within the Green Acres Subdivision
located in the NEQ of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, said streets
being:
Arabian Avenue . 27 miles m/1
Appaloosa Avenue . 5 miles m/1
Palomino Street . 36 miles m/1
Total miles 1. 13 miles m/1
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen :
Attached is a copy of a letter from Vantage Builders, Inc.
requesting acceptance of three streets in Green Acres Sub-
division located in the NE corner of Section 24-T1N-R66W
which is the intersection of County Roads 8 and 37.
This subdivision was accepted in 1967 without a bond being
required. On September 3, 1974 , Vantage Builders, Inc. were
informed that several items had to be met before acceptance
of streets could be made.
An inspection made December 2 , 1974 indicates all improvements
have been made on Arabian Avenue, Appaloosa Avenue, and Pal-
omino Street and I recommend acceptance of these streets for
maintenance and same be added to the Weld County road system.
Above mentioned streets should be accepted as shown on Plat
recorded in Weld County under reception # 1507870 dated Sept-
ember 18, 1967.
Arabian Avenue should be accepted from County Road 8 to the
bank of the West Burlington Extension ditch, a total of . 27 miles
m/1 . Appaloosa Avenue should be accepted from County Road 8 to
Shetland Street , a total of . 5 miles m/1 . Palomino Street should
be accepted from Arabian Avenue to County Road 37, a total of
. 36 miles m/1 . Total miles to be accepted should be 1 . 13 miles
m/1 .

Mustang Avenue, Pinto Street and Shetland Street will be
constructed by the subdivider at a later date .
