received and recommends awarding the bid to Ken Garff Ford of Greeley, as they are the lowest
bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for three 2023 Ford F350 4X4 Extended Cab
pickup truck. The cost is $51,027.00 each for a total of $153,081.00.
