The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 23, 2023, and duly published
January 25, 2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Christopher Gleason, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR22-0033, for a Breeding and Boarding Kennel, limited to 14 dogs over the age of six (6)
months, outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District.
Karin McDougal, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Ei Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, stated his applicant was not yet present,
Chair Freeman chose to switch case order at this time.

Ei Chair Freeman recalled Docket No. 2023-16, A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR22-0033, for a Breeding and Boarding Kennel, limited to 14 dogs
over the age of six (6) months, outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, for the applicant, Christopher Gleason.
Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant is not able to attend today's
hearing and requests a continuance to March 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
No public testimony was offered concerning the continuation request.
El Commissioner James moved to approve the request of Christopher Gleason for a
continuance to March 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., concerning a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit, USR22-0033, for a Breeding and Boarding Kennel, limited to 14
dogs over the age of six (6) months, outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District, to allow the applicant to be in attendance. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Ross, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the
hearing was completed at 10:47 a.m.
