HomeMy WebLinkAbout740439 NOTICE OF ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that pursuant to Chapter 105, Session Law, State of Colorado, 1971, an election is hereby called and shall be held on November 5, 1974, conterminously with the general election of the State of Colorado held hereon. At such general election: (a) Voters shall cast ballots for or against forming a home rule charter commission for the County of Weld, State of Colorado; (b) Voters shall also cast ballots for electing 21 members of the home rule charter commission, 6 of which shall reside in and be elected from each of the three commissioner districts and three to be elected at large.
