M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of ' : Robert Foster and Herbert L. Schott, Route 1, Box 159, Windsor, Colorado, requesting change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "H-UD" Residential T-?nit Development, in accordance with official development plat and plan, copy attached, to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and WHEREAS, the petitioners were present and represented by counsel, Thomas Richardson, and WHEREAS, there was some opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioners and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Robert Foster and Herbert L. Schott, for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "H-UD" Residential Unit Development, said area being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Seven (7) North, Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the 6th P.
