M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of ' : Robert Foster and Herbert L. Schott, Route 1, Box 159, Windsor, Colorado, requesting change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "H-UD" Residential T-?nit Development, in accordance with official development plat and plan, copy attached, to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and WHEREAS, the petitioners were present and represented by counsel, Thomas Richardson, and WHEREAS, there was some opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioners and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Robert Foster and Herbert L. Schott, for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "H-UD" Residential Unit Development, said area being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Seven (7) North, Range Sixty-seven (67) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of said Section 29, and considering the West line of said Section 29 to bear North 00° 00' 00" East and with all other bearings contained herein to be relative thereto: Thence North 00° 00' 00" East, along the West line of Section 29, 2450 feet more or less; Thence North 90° 00' 00" East, 270 feet; Thence South 00° 00' 00" East, 422 feet; thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 300 feet and a chord that bears South 12° 30' 00" East, 129. 9 feet; Thence South 25° 00' 00" East, 585 feet; Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 150 feet and a chord that bears South 43° 00' 00" 88. 2 feet; Thence South 61° 00' 00" East, 140 feet to the center line of an existing ditch; Thence along said existing ditch by the following two courses and distances: South 30° 00' 00" West, 580 feet; South 15° 00' 00" West, 170 feet; thence South 37° 00' 00" East, 640 feet; Thence South 00° 00' 00" East, 50 feet to the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW-1) of said Section 29; Thence West, along said South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section 29, 779 feet, more or 710025 1706810 4 785 less, to the point of beginning. Said tract of land contains 26. 6 acres and is subject to any Rights- of-Way or other easements as granted or reserved by instruments of record or as now existing on said tract of land, containing 26. 6 acres, more or less, all as shown on official development plat and plan, hereinabove mentioned, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, be, and it hereby is granted under the conditions following: 1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved by the State Health Department. 2.
