RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists, and the terms for certain positions on the Building
Trades Advisory Committee will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Nicolas Anastasi to said board as the Small Independent General Contractor Representative, with
a term to expire April 10, 2026, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Samuel Gluck to said board as the Electrical Contractor Representative, with a term to expire
April 10, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nicolas Anastasi and Samuel Gluck be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, both with terms to expire April 10, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of April, A.D., 2023.
