Minutes of May 6, 1903
The time having arrived for opening the various proposals for
building the County Hospital, the Clerk proceeded to open the
several bids presented by George McSwain, J . A. Woodbury, Moss
& Wyman and Knutzen & Isdell and after carefully investigating
the same and the Board being fully advised in the premises it
was on motion brdered that the same be and hereby is awarded to
Knutzen & Isdel, they being the lowest and most satisfactory
bidders .
