Attendees to the event which was held in Weld County,were individuals throughout the state of Colorado.Approximately 99%of registrants
were from Weld and Larimer counties,
What were the successes and challenges of the event?
The event experienced several successes,these included,transitioning the Symposium to a new leadership team;having repeating sessions
rather than the sessions only being offered one time;and engaging new businesses to attend the event.Challenges included the distribution of
the morning snack on two floors,historically if one was given it was in one dedicated area.Another was the keynote speaker's message as well
as the length of their keynote.
Were actual event costs consistent with original estimates?Please explain:
Initially we anticipated the venue costing more;however,ultimately the largest expense was the morning snack and lunch.
