A traffic study has been completed at the intersection of County Road
No. 22 and the I-25 service road. County Road No. 22 borders the
• saddle club at this point.
This is a very dangerous intersection due to the customers of the saddle
club failing to use the parking area provided. Horses are being- loaded
and unloaded on County Road No. 22. At times, this road is completely
blocked. _
Many complaints have been received from this area regarding this
condition.
Corrective action has been taken to stop any parking on County Road No. 22
for a distance of approximately 400 feet. Also a 30 mph speed zone at
this point for rdfs-tance of approximately 2000 feet has been made.
The attached diagram indicates the corrective action taken. The changes
have been made and are proving to be satisfactory.
Your cooperation in adopting a resolution to this effect will be
