That, as Secretary of said District, more than fifteen days prior to the election held in said District on Tuesday, December 3, 1974, that I posted or caused to be posted, notice of said election in said District, in three public places in each of the three Divisions of Election precincts of said District and one notice in the office of the District, at Hudson, Weld County, Colorado.
