Best and Final Offer (BAFO) bid responses were received and opened on April 14,
2023, B2300079 - Agent based Micro -Segmentation Firewall for Servers. Two (2) bids
were received ranging from $133,229.21 to $133,369.20. Attached is the bid tabulation
for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $133,229.21 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300079 - Agent
based Micro -Segmentation Firewall for Servers to Zivaro Inc, for a total amount of
$133,229.21.
