1966 TIMPTE DUMP TRAILER SERIAL N0. 11659
WELD E-111924:
WHEREAS, the weight load limitation has been revised on certain
county equipment, and
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1972, the County Clerk was instructed to
convey title on a 1966 Timpte Dump Trailer, County Number 323-A, Serial
Number 11659 and Title Weld E-111924, to Timpte Incorporated for the purchase
of new equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Board is now desirous of retaining said 1966 Timpte
Dump Trailer because of the weight load limitations imposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby direct the Clerk to apply for a
duplicate title for said 1966 Timpte Trailer, Serial Number 11659, Title Number
Weld E-111924.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion made and duly
seconded, adopted by the following vote: p��
