WHEREAS, Florence F. Bickling, ("the decedent") died on May 3, 2006 leaving a will
dated October 17, 1985 which was admitted to probate in the District Court in and for the County of

WHEREAS, the GRANTORS were duly appointed Co -Personal Representatives of the
