A public hearing was conducted on December 18,2023,at 9:00 a.m.,with the following present:

Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

Department of Planning Services representative,Maxwell Nader
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 30,2023,a public hearing was
conducted on December 13, 2023, and continued, to meet the legal notice requirements.
Pursuant to an amended notice,dated December 6,2023,and duly published on December 8,
2023,a public hearing was held to consider the request of William and Debra Senseney,for the
Resolution of an Illegal Land Division, ILD23-0001, created in 2009. Bruce Barker,
County Attorney,made this a matter of record.
Maxwell Nader,Department of Planning Services,mentioned a letter was received by an
interested party,requesting a physical copy of the case file,citing an Americans with Disabilities
Act accommodation.There was discussion among the Board and legal counsel regarding how to
proceed,as well as discussion on a reasonable timeframe,to allow staff time to print the file and
mail it to the interested party.
Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to January 10,2024,at 9:00 a.m.,and
Debra Senseney,applicant,asked to speak.
El Ms.Senseney relayed the interested party lives near the subject property and is the son of a
surrounding property owner.In response to Commissioner Saine,Ms.Senseney confirmed the
subject property is their home,which they are trying to sell,therefore,they need to resolve the
Illegal Land Division issue.
ke'William Senseney,applicant,provided a brief description of the Senseney's history with the
interested party.
El There was further discussion among the Board and legal counsel,and it was decided the
hearing needs to be continued to accommodate the records request.

Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to January 10,2024,at 9:00 a.m.,to allow
staff time to accommodate an Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA)record inquiry.The motion
was seconded by Commissioner Saine, and it carried unanimously. There being no further
discussion,the hearing was completed at 10:03 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 3rd day of January,2024,by the newly nominated and
approved Board of Commissioners for 2024.
