PASS -AROUND REVIEW
PASS -AROUND TITLE: IGA for Funding of Mobility Management Activities between Weld County and North
Front Range MPO.
DEPARTMENT: Public Works DATE: 8/1/2023
PERSON REQUESTING: Elizabeth Relford
Brief description of the problem/issue:
Weld County has been working with the North Front Range MPO to provide transportation services to older
adults and people with disabilities within Weld County. The MPO has agreed to be the project applicant for FTA
5310 funding, as long as Weld and Larimer Counties agree to provide the local match. The MPO has estimated
the total project cost to be $36,210 for both Weld and Larimer County. Therefore, since Larimer and Weld split
the amount 50/50, Weld County's local match for the program is $3,621. The attached IGA includes the terms of
the agreement as well as the scope of mobility management activities. Weld County has participated in this
partnership since 2021.
What options exist for the Board? (include consequences, impacts, costs, etc. of options):
1. Place the approval of the agreement on the next available BOCC agenda.
2. Schedule a work session to discuss.
