RE: CREATING CASH REVOLVING FUND IN THE OFFICE OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, WELD COUNTY, COLO-
RADO.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is a need for a Petty Cash
Revolving Fund in the amount of not more than $100. 00 to be established
in the office of Social Services, Weld County, Colorado, for the benefit
of the Weld County Shelter Home, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need to establish
a Petty Cash Fund within the office of Social Services, Weld County, Colo-
rado, and for the benefit of the Weld County Shelter Home, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to establish such a petty cash account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board, a petty cash account, to be known as the "Petty Cash Fund", in the
office of Weld County Social Services and for the benefit of the Weld County
Shelter Home, is hereby established and that such account shall not exceed
$100. 00 at any one time.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote this 7th day of August, A. D.
1974.
