These people have become lifetime supporters of our brand and are potential clients for our boarding facility. Our greatest accomplishment has been rehabilitating a dog that was in quarantine for biting back into his family who are first time dog owners. HI Tom, Our East Colorado SBDC worked with Steve and Kelly Roll on reviewing their business plan for K9cation LLC, a Dog Boarding, Doggie Daycare and Dog Training business. It is a very well-done business plan. They have completed all components of the business plan. Their in- depth information and planning have provided an effective road map including the financial components that include a sales forecast, three years of cashflow projections and will provide them with essential data towards high probability of success. Overall, this business plan is very well done and is ready for implementation and to work towards some outcomes.
