Dear Mr. Billings:
I have been advised by the chief engineer of Wy_peco
Communications, Inc. , Mr. M. Scott Tipton, of your
desire to install two-way radio equipment at our micro-
wave repeater near Grover, Colorado.
You may use this letter as authorization to make the
above installation withithe following provisions: That,
•
1. the installation must be on a non-interferring
basis with all present occupants;
2. Wyneco Communications cannot be field respon-
sible for any claims resulting from the installa-
tion, operation or maintenance of the radio system.
3. Weld County must maintain adequate liability
insurance to cover any claims resulting from the
installation, operation or maintenance of the
radio equipment;
4. all equipment must be currently type accepted and
licensed by the Federal Communications Commission;

5, the sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00) annually will be
paid to Wyneco Communications, Inc.
6. And further, that this agreement will be renewed
annually by method of purchase order from Weld
County Colorado.
