A public hearing was conducted on December 13,2023,at 9:00 a.m.,with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
''I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 30,2023,a public hearing was
conducted to consider the request of William and Debra Senseney,for the Resolution of an Illegal
Land Division,ILD23-0001,created in 2009.Karin McDougal,Deputy County Attorney,advised
the Board that this matter was not published in the legal newspaper,and staff recommends the
hearing be continued.
El Maxwell Nader, Department of Planning Services, explained once the oversight was
discovered,a revised notice was prepared and sent for publication;thus this matter needs to be
continued to December 18,2023.
1ST Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to December 18,2023,at 9:00 a.m.,to
meet the legal notice requirements.The motion was seconded by Commissioner Saine,and it
carried unanimously.There being no further discussion,the hearing was completed at 9:21 a.m.
