Commission of the T'own ot� Kersey , Colorado on November 7 , 2023 at 6 : 00 pm .
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to Annex the Platte River Fort
Annexation #3 . The proposed Zoning for the property is Agriculture in the Town of Kersey .
The legal description of the property is as follows :
A parcel of land as described in General Warranty Deed recorded May 17 , 20? 3 at
Reception No . 4898761 , within the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, being a part
of the Northwest Quarter ( NW 1 !4 ) of the Southcast Qt►arter ( SEli4 ) of Section Fourteen ( 14 ) ,
Township Five North ( T . 5N . ), Range Sixty - five West ( R . 65W . ) of the Sixth Principal Meridian
( 6th P . M . ) , County of Weld, State of Colorado being more particularly described as follows :
COMI�IENCING at the Center- East Sixteenth corner of Section 14 and assuming the East line
