With this application, the operator is requesting to update the emission limits in order to comply with requirements in Regulation Number 7, Part E, Section I.D.5. The process limits were also updated with this application. Finally, the permits were updated to reflect current regulatory requirements, including applicable MACT ZZZZ requirements. The Division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment per Colorado Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is subject to control requirements under a Federal Maximum Available Control Technology requirement for major sources The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application. A copy of the application, the Division's analysis, and a draft of Construction Permit 98WE0452 tt 98WE0453 are available on the Division's website at https://www.colorado.gov/cdphe/air-permit-public-notices The Division hereby solicits submission of public comment from any interested person concerning the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the Commission. The Division will receive and consider written public comments for thirty calendar days after the date of this Notice.
