received and recommends awarding the bid to Johnson Auto Plaza Inc., as they are the lowest
bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for one 2023 Chevrolet 6500 4X4 Crew Cab and
Chassis with custom flatbed utility box (sign truck). The cost is $114,040.00 each for a total of
$114,040.00.
