bids for Bid Package No. I with the following results:

I-C Landscaping and Sprinklers

I-D Brick Pavers

I-F Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Postponed until 3/6/78
Subtotal $ 83,966.00
Items I-A and I—F were postponed to provide more time to encourage and receive
bidder participation. Hensel Phelps would have been the only bidder on those
items.

All of the above quotations were analyzed individually to determine intent, complete-
ness and scope and continuity between Phase I, II and III. The aggregate total of
the low bids, if accepted, is $83,966.00.
A complete budget status report will be available to you after our March 6, 1978
bids have been received. The above bids are within our budget parameters as
outlined in our report dated May 13, 1977.
Hensel Phelps Construction Co. recommends that the above bids be accepted and that
contracts be issued to each bidder.
