RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RESUBDIVISION, RES23-0001, OF
LOT 11 IN ENCHANTED HILLS SUBDIVISION, RESULTING IN THREE (3) LOTS -
STEVE MAAS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 16th day of
August, 2023, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board, for the purpose of hearing
the application of Steve Maas, 10286 County Road 15, Longmont, Colorado 80504, for a
Resubdivision, RES23-0001, of Lot 11 in Enchanted Hills Subdivision, resulting in three (3) lots,
on the following described real estate, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 11, Enchanted Hills; being part of Section 8,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the applicant was present, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds the matter shall be
referred back to the Department of Planning Services to allow the applicant to amend his
application and work with staff on approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, referred back to the
Department of Planning Services.
