WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commissioner in Dist-
rict No. 3 to lease purchase from McCoy Company, of 6000
Dahlia Street (Colorado Boulevard), Denver, Colorado, one (1)
Caterpillar No. 12F Motor Grader, Serial No. 13K2862, with
all attachments, as per invoice and Government Agency Lease
Agreement, all attached and made a part hereof by reference,
for a total purchase price of $33, 086. 00, and
WHEREAS, it is the further desire of the Commissioner
in District No. 3 to rent from McCoy Company, said vehicle, for
a four-month rental period at a rental price of $1, 200. 00 per
month, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld has been given the option
to purchase said vehicle, with the rental of $1, 200. 00 per month
to be applied to the purchase price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County
of Weld agrees to lease purchase from McCoy Company, of 6000
Dahlia Street (Colorado Boulevard), Denver, Colorado, one Cater-
pillar No. 12F Motor Grader, Serial No. 13K2862, with all of the
attachments, all as hereinabove recited.

GOVERNMENT AGENCY LEASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, made the 24th day of F.eb.ruary in the year of Nineteen
Hundred and 70 , by and between Weld_OQvlkty
hereinafter called the Lessee, and McCOY COMPANY, hereinafter called the Lessor,WITNESSETH,
that the Lessee and the Lessor for the consideration hereinafter named agree as follows:
1. Under the General Conditions of Lease printed on the reverse side of this sheet, the Lessor
hereby leases to the Lessee the following described equipment in good operating condition, to be
used at or near Weld County,
State of Colorado for approximate rental period of 4..rnonths

on the day of each month hereafter during the term hereof

2. It is understood and agreed that Lessee shall have the option to extend the within lease at
the same monthly rental and upon the same terms and conditions as provided for in this lease for
an additional period of -- months. Said option to extend to be exercised by Lessee in the
manner prescribed in Paragraph 4 hereof on or before the 15th day of the month following the date
of termination of the within lease or renewal thereof.
3. It is understood and agreed that Lessee shall have the option at any time during the term
of this lease, or any extension or extensions thereof,to purchase said equipment for$...33.x$.&6_.0 0
and Lessee shall be allowed credit against said purchase price of an amount equal to
per cent of the rentals paid by Lessee during the term hereof or any extension or extensions thereof;
and if this lease is in effect an extension of an original lease then the term "rentals paid" shall
include rentals paid under the original lease as well as this extension. Said option to be exercised
by Lessee in the maner prescribed in Paragraph 4 hereof.
4. Lessee shall exercise the options provided for herein in Paragraphs 2 and 3 by action of the
County__Commiss on,eers , in regular meeting assembled, adopting a Resolution exer-
cising said options and having a notice thereof delivered to Lessor by a written document contain-
ing a copy of said Resolution certified to by the County Clerk
of said County certifying that the above-mentioned Resolution was duly
adopted by a majority of said County Board and further certifying that the
budget adopted by the.___.._..._CQtnty._B.Qarcl for the current fiscal year contained
an appropriation for the payment of such monthly rentals or purchase price, as the case may be,
and that a certified copy of said Resolution was filed with him and duly recorded in the Official
Records of Weld Cc my ,as provided by Law.
