WHEREAS, heretofore and on May 26, 1971, the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, by resolution, did lease
certain office space of the second floor of the Coronado Building, Greeley,
Colorado, for the use of the District Attorney of the Nineteenth Judicial
District, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Wheeler Realty Company, acting as agent (landlord)
on behalf of the Coronado Building, has submitted a Second Addendum to
said lease, copy attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has carefully considered said Second
Addendum to the original lease and believes it to be in the best interest
of the County to accept the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Second Addendum
hereinabove mentioned to the original lease entered into between Weld
County and the Coronado Building be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby
is, authorized to execute the Second Addendum to the original lease and
to make the same effective as indicated therein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of

SECOND ADDENDUM TO LEASE
Whereas Wheeler Realty Company, acting as agent (landlord) , and
the Weld County District Attorney Offices as tenant heretofore
entered into a lease dated 1st day of July 1971.
The parties on this addendum agree from this day forward:
1. That Paragraph 1 "Grant" shall be amended to additional
rental space described as Suite 218 of the Coronado
Building.
2 . That Paragraph 3 , "Rental" shall be Amended to an
additional rent for the lease premises of Forty and
00/100 Dollars ($40.00) which constitutes of one
month's rent . Said rent due and payable on the 1st
of each calendar month. Said rental will increase
to Ninety and 00/100 Dollars ($90.00) on January
1, 1975.
