AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
REQUEST FOR TREASURER'S DEED:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list of
Treasurer's Certificates of Purchase covering properties on which Treasurer's
Deed can now be issued, to-wit:
County Certificate 305/1969 - S*SEiNW4NE4: Sec 24 T3 R63
County Certificate 3581969 - Lots ] to 5 Block E Boone Nunn
County Certificate 3651969 - Lots 9 to 12 Block 4 Stoneham
County Certificate 417, 1969 - Lot 16 Block 6 Packards Greeley
and
WHEREAS, the County is desirous of obtaining deeds in order that the
property can be sold, thereby returning said properties to the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairmen be and he is hereby authorized to
sign the request for Treasurer' s Deeds conveying the aforementioned parcels of
land.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
