RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING
CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a hearing held on the 27th day of December, 2021, the Board of
Commissioners deemed it advisable to reappoint Matt Wagy to said board, as the Fire
Department Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2024, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Matt Wagy to said board from the Fire Department Representative to the Plumbing / Mechanical
Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2024, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Tyler Drage to said board as the Fire Department Representative, with a term to expire
December 31, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Matt Wagy be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Weld County Building
Code Board of Appeals from the Fire Department Representative to the Plumbing / Mechanical
Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2024.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Tyler Drage be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Building Code Board
of Appeals, as the Fire Department Representative, with a term to expire. December 31, 2025.
