RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Chris Ellmer to said board as the Greeley Fire Chief Representative, Standing Position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Chris Ellmer, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communications Advisory Board, as a Standing Position.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of October, A.D., 2023.
