RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of November, 2022, the Weld County Board of
Commissioners deemed it advisable to appoint Allison Herrera to said board as the Probation
Alternate Member, with a term to expire November 1, 2025, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Allison Herrera to said board as the Probation Regular Member; and appoint Sean Julian to said
board as the Probation Alternate Member, both with terms to expire November 1, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Allison Herrera be, and hereby is, reassigned; and Sean Julian be, and
hereby is appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, both with terms to expire
November 1, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 2023.
