You are hereby notified to quit and surrender to the
Union Padific Railroad Company the folLowing 'described real estate
occupied by you for roadway purposes at and near our station grounds
at WiLd Cat, WeLd County, State .of Colorado, under Lease Div. No. 6810,
from the Union Pacific RaiLroad Company.
The real estate is more particuLarLy described as foLLows;
to—wit; "Beginning at a point that is one hundred ninety ( L90) feet '
• distant northeasterLy from the intersection of the east Line of Section
Four (4) Township Three (3) North, Range sixty seven (67) West of the
Sixth ( 6th) Principal Meridian and the center line of the main track
of the Denver Northern Main tine when measured paraLLeL with said center

center Line when measured at right angLes thereto ; thence north aLong
said east Line of said section four (4) Thirty six (36) feet more or
