RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of June, 2023, the Weld County Board of Commissioners
deemed it advisable to appoint Robert Rigg to said board as the Heating and Ventilation
Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2025, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Robert Rigg to said board as the Any Trade Representative, with a term to expire December 31,
2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Rigg be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Weld County Building
Code Board of Appeals, with a term to expire December 31, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 2023.
