ACCEPT RIGHT OF WAY DEED FROM
COLORADO INTERSTATE CORPORATION

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that a right of way deed from the Colorado Interstate Corporation
dated November 3, 1971, be and is hereby accepted, said parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of Section
Fifteen (15) , Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-Six (66)
West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West property line of said
Section 15, which point is 30 feet South from the Northwest
corner of said Section 15; thence due East 515 feet to a
point; thence due South 500 feet to a point; thence due West
515 feet to a point; thence due North 500 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 5.91 acres, more or less.
Said right of way and easement herein granted, being a strip of land
500 feet in length and 40 feet in width, described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Commen&$qg at the Northwest corner of the NW4 Section 15-5N-66W,
Weld County, Colorado, thence in a southerly direction with and
along the West property line of said NWI Section 15, 30 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING on said West property line, which point
is common with the Northwest corner of the above described tract
of land; thence in a southerly direction with and along the West
property line of said NWI Section 15, 500 feet to a point on
said West property line; thence due East 40 feet to a point;
thence in a Northerly direction and parallel to the West property
line of said NW4 Section 15, 500 feet to a point; thence in a
westerly direction and parallel to the North property line of
said NW Section 15, 40 feet to the place of beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, and passed by the following vote on ro l call:

N1 That COLORADO INTERSTATE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, hereinafter
cat called Owner, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
N other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
N-- ledged, does hereby grant, sell and convey unto WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, a right
of way and easement for the purposes of constructing, operating, maintaining
or and repairing a public roadway over and across lands of Owner, situate in the
I"I County of Weld, State of Colorado, described as follows:

WELD COUNTY, by the acceptance hereof, agrees to give notice to Owner of its
intention to construct said public roadway prior to commencing such construction
operations. Further, WELD COUNTY agrees not to construct said public roadway
over any existing pipeline or pipelines located within the right of way as above
described, prior to obtaining a license, or permission, from the owner or owners
of said pipelines.
