M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Wycon Chemical Company, c/o Donald A. Hoover, Box 1087, Colorado Springs, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by Reuben Herbst, Route 1, Kersey, Colorado, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Wycon Chemical Company, for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, said area being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NEB'--) of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 63 West of the Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner (NE Cor) of said Section 10, and considering the North line of said Section 10 to bear North 90° 00' 00" West, with all bearings contained herein to be relative thereto: Thence North 90° 00' 00" West, along the No rth line of said Section 10, a distance of 1, 293. 00 feet; Thence South 00° 00' 00" West, 30. 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said point being on the South Right-of Way line of Colorado State Highway 52; Thence continuing South 00° 00' 00" West, 178. 90 feet; Thence South 90° 00' 00" West, 243. 48 feet; Thence North 00° 00' 00" East, 178, 90 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of said State Highway 52; Thence North 90° 00' 00" East along the South Right-of-Way line of said State Highway 52, a distance of 243. 48 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said tract of land contains 1l 000 acres, more or less, is hereby granted under the conditions following: 1.
