M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Wycon Chemical Company, c/o Donald A. Hoover, Box 1087, Colorado Springs, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by Reuben Herbst, Route 1, Kersey, Colorado, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Wycon Chemical Company, for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, said area being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NEB'--) of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 63 West of the Sixth P.
