Please accept this memorandum as supplemental information for Proof of Sewer and Water. There is
currently no public City or County sewer or water that is feasibly available near the site . The project will
be utilizing an existing onsite septic system for sewer disposal (SP- 1900239) and existing water well
onsite for domestic uses (314258-3692746) . Any modifications required to the existing septic and well
system for future development of the rezoned lot from AG to 1-3 will be completed via the Site Plan
process at the time of development .

This permit is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld County Department of Public
Health and Environment for reasons set forth in the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations including failure to meet any term or
condition imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The issuance of this permit does not constitute assumption by the department or its employees
of liability for the failrue or inadequacy of the sewage disposal system. This permit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Before issuing final approval of
this permit the Weld County Department of Public Health and Evnironment reserves the right to impose additional terms and conditions required to meet our
regulations on a continuing basis. Final permit approval is contingent upon the final inspection of the completed system by the Weld County Department of
Public Health and Environment.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1 ) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing a to r rights . The issuance of this permit does not
ensure that no tr j u r will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from seeking
relief in a civil court action .
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 E C..R 402 -2 ) u n Less approval of a
variance has 'bbeen granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Welt Construction and Purrp Installation Contractors in
accordance with Rau Le 18.
3) Approved pursuant to C 37 -92-602 (3 )0) (1 ) a the policy of the State Engineer dated April 9 , 1985 for appropriation of ground
water tributary to the South Platte River system .
4) The use of ground water from this weli is Limited, to drinking and sa n ita r facilities as described in CRS 37 -92 -602 (1 ) (0 , for a
commercial. business . Water from this well shall not be used for lawn/ landscape /greenhouse irrigation, domestic
anima l/ Li Lock a to r i n , or for any other r pau rise outside the business building structure(s).

6) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM .
7) The annual amount of ground water to be withdrawn by this well shall not exceed 1 / 3 acre - foot ( 108 ,60D gallons) .
8) Production is limited to the alluvium of South Platte River and its tributaries. The depth of this well is limited to the depth at
which ndst e , shale, or other bedrock rnaterb l is first st a nco u n tered . Wells completed in the alluvium' must be constructed in
accordance with WelL Construction Rule 1 Vii. 4. 7 ( 2 CCR 402 -2 ) .
9) The return flow from the use of this well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the non -evaporative type
where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located . The maximum consumptive use of ground
water shall not exceed 10 percents
10 ) A tota l i zi n flow meter must be installed on this welt and maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions
must be maintained by the well owner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request.
11 ) This well shalt be constructed, not more than 20D feet from the location specified on this permit.
NOTE : To ensure a maximum productive life of this well, ;perforated casing should be set through the a nti re producing interval
of the approved zone or aquifer- indicated above.
NOTE : This permit will expire on the expiration date unless the well is constructed by that date . A Well Construction and Yield
Estimate Report (G - 31 ) must be submitted to the Division of Water Resources to verify the well has been constructed . An
extension the expiration date may be available. Contact the DWR for additional information or refer to the extension req u t
