DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0455-32-1-RE115
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 66 WEST, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, SECTION 32
Part of the Northeast one quarter NE'34)
WHEREAS, on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly
of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates
to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and
WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision
Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the
prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Planning Commission
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for
recording of plat number 0455-32-1-RE115 as provided in
Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and
regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt
from the definition of subdivision is more particularly
described as follows :
The Northeast one quarter (;) of Section 32, Township 9
North, Range 66 West of the Sixth Principal Meridan in
Weld County, Colorado except as noted on page , Book 622 ,
Weld County Clerk and Recorders Office considering the
East line of said Section 32 to bear S00°00 ' 00" W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 32;
Thence S00°00 ' 00" W along the East line of said Section 32
a distance of 1314. 78 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing S00°00 ' 00" W along the East line of said
Section 32 a distance of 465. 00 feet;
Thence N90°00' 00" W 468 . 39 feet;
Thence N00°00' 00" E 465. 00 feet;
Thence S90°00 ' 00" E 468 .39 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Containing exactly 5. 00 Acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the
Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a
division of land determined to be exempt from the definition
of Subdivision No. 0455-32-1-RE115 , for recording.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
An inspection of sewage disposal facilities was made this date
of the William J. Haberman property, by personnel of the Weld
County Health Department. This property is located on the west
side of Nunn, Colorado. (R-66, T-9, Sec. 32).
The sewage disposal system/reportedly/consists of a septic
tank and leach field designed for a two-bedroom home; and,
has been in existence for at least seven (7) years. Investi-
gation indicates that the system is functioning in a satisfactory
manner and does not create a public health hazard.
