A public hearing was conducted on March 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 15, 2023, and duly published
February 17, 2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Jose and Marisela Avila, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit, USR23-0003, for an Events Facility, not agriculture -related, outside of
subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Assistant
County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, requested a continuance to allow the case to be
heard by the Planning Commission on April 4, 2023.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner James moved to continue the matter to April 12, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to allow
the case to be heard by Planning Commission on April 4, 2023. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Ross, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing
was completed at 10:02 a.m.
