Ferrero forms were necessary if the system was to be operative. All members agreed on the need for uniformity. A report of the meeting held on Tuesday, April 6, by the technicians of the STACO rdpresentatives was discussed. Each' county submitted a report as to the comments of its representative. The group spent the balance of the morning discussing the policy decisions that had to be resolved by the group. All representatives were polled and all voted "yea " to the proposal. The group then discussed which of the consultants should be retained. The group felt that since all consultants have their own particular brand of hardware that to chose a consultant would, in effect, mean choosing a particular brand of hardware. After further discussion, the group agreed to select a consultant completely apart from hardware companies to make a systems analysis and to report back to the Board. 710461 The group agreed that only those consultants knowledgeable in the assessment field would be invited for an interview at the next meeting, which was scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, at 9:30 A.
