Jane will continue to live on the 3.78 acre parcel until she is no longer able. With the change of zone designation, to utilize the property will require a second land use permit that of an administratively approved Site Plan Review or for more intense uses, a Special Use Permit. Prior to development of this parcel, all buildings will be razed per the applicant.
