Elizabeth, good morning,
The structure referenced in the application is the residence of Jane Sasaki, matriarch to the Sasaki
Family Holdings, LLC. Jane will continue to live on the 3.78 acre parcel until she is no longer able.
With the change of zone designation, to utilize the property will require a second land use permit that of
an administratively approved Site Plan Review or for more intense uses, a Special Use Permit. Prior to
development of this parcel, all buildings will be razed per the applicant.
