Home My WebLink About740549.tiff RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 1055-10-3-RE122 DETERMIED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE " WEST, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, SECTION 10 PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (W'SW4) : WHEREAS , on May 5 , 1972 , the General Assembly of the State of Colorado , enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes , and WHEREAS , on August 30 , 1972 , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35 , and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 1055-10-3-RE122 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado.
