Bids were received and opened on February 28, 2023, B2300064 - Camera Cabling.
Three (3) bids were received ranging from $256,311.97 to $285,439.61. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information. Systec101, LLC has rescinded their bid proposal on
the grounds that they do not meet manufacturer warranty specifications and cannot
certify the installation for warranty of the project.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Giga Span Solutions Inc.
out of Centennial, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $256,311.97 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300064 - Camera
Cabling to Giga Span Solutions Inc., for a total amount of $256,311.97.
