Gentlemen:
You are advised that, under the terms of an option conferred
upon me by a seal ed instrument dated March 13, 1910, the con-
ditions and provisions of which provide for this notice and the
leasing by you to the United States of America of the 1a, JI , S. 35,
T. 6 8.., A. till., 8 P.M., together with the builuing located thereon,
del& County, Colo., and more partiou].arly described in said inetrowlt,
at sitd for the rental of *1 per anima, from January 1, 1910, to ani
including June 30, 1916, subject to renewal thereafter, and whioh said
instrument has been duly renam & for three annual periods in acaerdanae
with the terms t:tereof,
T hereby extend all the conditions and provisions at the said in-
strument to cover the period beginning July 1, 1918,
and ending June 30, 1919 , inclusive. The considerations, acts,
promises,, agreements, and provisions to he executed and performed by
a
each party to._the said instrument, as originally provided therein,
shall remain in full farce and effect for the said extended period.
Payment of rental hereunder shall be made from the appropriation by
Congress for "General Nxpenses, Burson of Plant Industry", 1919
(Horticulture).
