WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and WHEREAS,on April 22,2009,the Weld County Board of Commissioners approved a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,USR-1687,for Journey Ventures, LLC,P.O. There was one crack in the asphalt in WCR 58 that Ryan wanted us to seal and the culvert under WCR 58 needed to be Jetted . We plan to complete both of these in the next couple weeks . During the walk it was discussed that WCR 53 had been annexed by Kersey and that the asphalt was in generally good condition .
