RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, COZ22-0003, FROM
THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE C-3 (BUSINESS COMMERCIAL)
ZONE DISTRICT - MARTY MATCHETT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 4th day of
January, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Marty Matchett, 3945 West 18th Street Lane, Greeley, Colorado 80634, for
Change of Zone, COZ22-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the C-3 (Business
Commercial) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption, RE -4193;
being part of the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 30,
Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant for a continuance and, having been fully informed, finds that
this request be approved and the matter should be continued to January 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.,
to allow Mr. Matchett to have his representative present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 11,
2023, at 10:00 a.m.
