of a public county road on the east and south of section No. 3 in
Tp.7 Range 67. received and has been called to attention of the Ron.
Board of County Commissioners, and while not officially received,
the Board wish to advise you that the road on mouth sido of section
Three has been officially dellaired open,(Road Book No, 721).
The mattor of the opening on the cast side of the section, will
have the attention of the Board at their first opportunity, when
they will be in or near your vaoinity, if you still wish the petition
heard, knowing the south road has been deblaired open.
