RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Pamela Edens to said board as the District 3 Regular Member; and appoint Michael Wailes to
said board as the At -Large Regular Member, both with terms to expire July 31, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Pamela Edens and Michael Wailes be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Board of Adjustment, both with terms to expire July 31, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 2023.
