This letter is to inform you that Crescent Mineral Partners Management, LLC is distributing revenue
on behalf of ERA II Buffalo Minerals, LLC, et al for specific minerals in Weld County, Colorado.
These minerals may have surface owner royalty payments that were previously paid to you by ERA II
Buffalo Minerals, LLC et al.
In the future, the payment of these surface owner royalties will be made by Crescent Mineral Partners
Management LLC (CMP) on behalf of ERA II Buffalo Minerals, LLC. CMP will be managing
payments, transfers of interest, and other owner relations matters related to these minerals.
